Dr. Vickers has a background in higher education, leadership and professional development for several decades and is passionate about mentorship. Impactful mentorship is an essential component and often missing element for well-being and overall success in life!
Mrs. Stienbarger is an early career professional with a background in marine science, website development, and peer mentoring. She is passionate about mentorship because she values – and has directly benefitted from – the influence of a strong mentor in the early stages of her career.
Dr. Harris is passionate about mentoring because he realizes that he would not be where he is today without the guidance and mentoring of others. To Dr. Harris, it is our responsibility and obligation as conscientious and empathic individuals to help mentor and uplift when and where we can.
